# Wetenschappelijke artikelen en meer

Er wordt al meer dan 40 jaar onderzoek gedaan naar de effecten van financiële medewerkersparticipatie.

Al deze onderzoeken laten zien dat ondernemingen met een brede participatieregeling beter presteren. Een meta-analyse van deze onderzoeken heeft laten zien dat er een duidelijk positief effect is tussen het hebben van een brede regeling en de financiële bedrijfsprestaties van de organisatie. 75% van alle onderzoeken laten positieve effecten zien.
